The Board wanted to let the neighborhood know that the two trees in front of the clubhouse (located by the Lake Crest Sign and Clubhouse parking lot) are sadly diseased beyond repair and it was suggested by the Hoover City Forester that we have them cut down as treating the disease would be costly and ineffective. The tree company will be removing these trees starting today and should have it completed by the end of the day today. After completion of removal and the stumps being grinded we will extend the landscaping and sod to cover the places where the trees were. Be on the lookout for the tree trimmers trucks/equipment for the entrance to the neighborhood/pool parking lot.
