The HOA would like to announce that we have filled the Day to Day Property Management position. We would like to welcome Karin Hill as our new Property Manager beginning January 1,2020. As Karin will be vacating her board position to accept this role the HOA voted to fill her vacancy with Bob Schneid. Bob has been an asset serving on the Lake Committee this past year and we look forward to the contributions he will bring to the HOA in the coming year. Jody Northcutt will be serving as our Finance Manager as of January 1, 2020 and will help to train Karin to take over her duties beginning the first of the year. Please join us in welcoming Karin as the property manager, Bob Schneid and Bill Heath to their new board positions and re-elected David Buchanan for serving on the board.
