1. Hours are from 7:00 am to sunset.
2. The Courts are ONLY for Pickleball and Basketball. No other balls are allowed.
3. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a resident that is at least 16 years of age or a person that is at least 16 years of age and has been designated by the resident to supervise their children.
4. Each residence (address) may bring up to four (4) guests to the Pickleball/Basketball Court per visit. Residents may request from the LCHOA Property Manager allowance of more than 4 guests. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be honored at high occupancy. Guests must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a resident that is at least 18 years of age.
5. First come, first serve. Please rotate every 30 minutes if line forms.
6. Only water is allowed in the pickleball/basketball gated area. No other food or drinks are allowed.
7. Please respect the court, net, and rules. Failure to do so will result in loss of access to gated amenities.
