Clubhouse Rental

You must be a resident of Lake Crest to rent the Clubhouse. Please return your signed agreement and payments within 48 hours to confirm your clubhouse date. The payment should include your $100.00 rental fee and $200.00 refundable deposit made payable to Lake Crest HOA. The rental and deposit checks should be written separately. The rental check, deposit check and rental agreement can be left in the mailbox located in the pool parking lot. Your rental will be for the entire day. Your rental will be cancelled if we do not receive the signed agreement and payments within 48 hours.
